Welcome to CocoLuxe Ice Cream & Sweets, LLC. By booking our mobile dessert services, visiting our website, or engaging with our business in any way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting a booking request or participating in any CocoLuxe‑hosted or CocoLuxe‑supported event.

1. Booking & Reservations

All event bookings must be submitted through our official booking form or confirmed directly by email. Submitting a form does not guarantee availability. Your event date is only secured once CocoLuxe provides written confirmation and, when applicable, receives the required deposit.

2. Deposits & Payments

Some events may require a non‑refundable deposit to secure your date. Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline provided in your confirmation email. Accepted payment methods will be listed in your invoice or confirmation message.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Client‑initiated cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Weather‑related cancellations will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

• CocoLuxe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

4. Trailer & Setup Requirements

CocoLuxe operates a 6x12 mobile concession trailer. Clients must ensure adequate space for parking and safe operation

• Clear access for arrival and departure

• Permission from the venue or property owner

• Compliance with local regulations and event guidelines

If a venue cannot accommodate our trailer upon arrival, CocoLuxe is not responsible for refunds or lost fees.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

CocoLuxe follows Georgia Department of Public Health guidelines for mobile food service operations. We maintain proper permits, insurance, and food‑handling standards. Clients must ensure their event location allows mobile food vendors.

6. Product Information & Allergies

Our products are dairy‑free, vegan, and plant‑based, but may contain coconut, nuts, or other allergens. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens. CocoLuxe is not liable for allergic reactions.

7. Photography & Marketing

By booking CocoLuxe, you grant permission for us to capture photos or videos of our setup and products at your event for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your event.

8. Liability

CocoLuxe Ice Cream & Sweets, LLC is not responsible for:

• Damages caused by weather, venue conditions, or third parties

• Guest behavior or accidents unrelated to our equipment

• Losses due to inaccurate event information provided by the client

Clients assume responsibility for providing accurate event details and ensuring a safe environment for our team.

9. Website Use

All content on this website—including logos, images, text, and branding—is the property of CocoLuxe Ice Cream & Sweets, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Agreement

By booking CocoLuxe Ice Cream & Sweets, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
